Hi, I really enjoyed my Standby appointment with Jo today! The young girl who gave me the Shiatsu head and shoulder massage was really good and I felt the benefit of it! Jo was great and we spent some time looking at a hairstyle I had captured on my phone and chatting about it! Jo gave me the short, funky haircut I was hoping for and we had a good blether too! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and I felt completely at home!

I had such a good day at this salon, ( royal exchange Glasgow) David is very knowledgeable & so funny 😂 what started as a difficult day ended with a very happy client thank you kindly David. I absolutely love how my hair turned out, the colour suits my skintone & the cut is great I have very fine thining hair and honestly did not think I would ever love my hair again, David is very experienced at his trade he has such a positive, kind, & caring personality & I appreciated his attention to detail.
